The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a secure area, really close to the harbour and city center, port and train station and the central station in a very accessible part of the city. The location of the property was excellent - not too far away from a grand 16th-century fountain...

All in all it's quaint and absolutely great hotel, we had a fairly nice stay here. The staff were superbly friendly and the breakfast was rich with continental options. The location was great and amazing, next door to an astronomical clock.

Location near to a very GOOD restaurant and the pier. Public parking nearby provided.

The staff were incredibly nice, the breakfast was good and everything was very good. The atmosphere created was quiet. The a double room was huge, had a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control. Comfortable bed, we slept like babies.

As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the charming and antique furniture that adorned Hotel Sant'Elia. The elegant decoration created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel's general areas. The easy accessibility for senior people, with spacious hallways and well-lit common areas, made moving around the hotel a breeze.

Only improvement would be more assistance from the staff.

Great Value for Money and Romantic Ambience

The beautiful and newly renovated rooms with high ceilings and polished floors gave us a romantic atmosphere. The friendly staff also added to our experience with their helpful attitude. The central location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, as it allowed us to enjoy the nearby shopping centers and eateries. the short walk to the waterfront where we can travel back to the airport was convenient.

Breakfast lacked variety, as there were limited quantities and qualities of food. We had to wake up early to get some cheese and ham, and on Sundays, breakfast was limited to only croissants, fruit jelly, and orange juice.
